Neblio is built on a proof-of-stake (PoS) blockchain that’s kept secure by staking its NEBL coin.

Neblio was created with ease-of-use and simplicity in mind. Current and new applications can be integrated into its blockchain via REST APIs in 8 languages. Neblio can accommodate token based assets thanks to Neblio Token Protocol-1 (NTP1). Neblio features a large block size which permits the use of token metadata that is adapted to the individual, very flexible data and high-speed for transactions.

Neblio is highly scalable thanks to its newest innovation called Tachyon. Neblio is built on high-end technically advanced infrastructure that places it ahead of other blockchain platforms. It can offer fantastic development opportunities in an inherently secure offering that enterprise level customers will appreciate.

Staking NEBL

With its proof-of-stake blockchain security, NEBL is a key part of the consensus infrastructure. Users can stake any amount of NEBL, and they get 10% each year. The age of stake tokens determines coin rewards. Neblio PoS doesn’t use masternodes, and it is not anticipated that it ever will.

QuickSync was developed by Neblio to drastically cut down node sync times. QuickSync uses Docker containers for installing, syncing, and validating the Neblio blockchain in mere minutes. QuickSync is modular by design and this allows installation to carry on across many nodes at maximum speed, making it ideal for settings such as data centers.

Neblio Wallets

Neblio has numerous wallets that are staking and non-staking.

Staking wallets include:

  • Windows

  • Mac Wallet

  • Linux

  • Raspberry Pi

  • Non-Staking wallets include:

    • Orion Web wallet

    • Electrum Wallet

    • Android Wallet

    • Docker

All NEBL addresses can receive NTP1 tokens, but you can only send them by using the staking wallets and the Orion Web wallet. The Neblio Discord offers an official staking pool through an app called tipbot.
